CODE OF ETHICS (on the reverse side of this application) AND PLEDGE TO ADHERE TO SAID CODE. This 
code has been developed to encourage responsible breeding practices, to assure adherence to the AKC 
Mastiff Standard and to further the betterment of the Mastiff breed.

I (we) understand that if the Board of Directors of the PNMF determines that there is sufficient evidence of 
a member's having violated any of these specific items of the Code of Ethics, of those objectives implied in 
the Constitution and By-Laws of the PNMF, they may take action which includes, but is not limited to, written 
reprimand, fine, suspension or expulsion.

Membership Information:  Annual dues - $25.00 p/member (1 vote)  $35.00 p/household (2votes). Renewals are 
Jan. 1st.  If joining after 6/30, only half of the dues are required for the remainder of the year. Prospective 
members will have their names published following receipt of their completed application with fees.  Club 
members have 30 days to comment of prospective members.  If no comments are received, applicants are 
notified of their membership.
